Access to and use of Learnaround.net is provided by Siris Media Factory subject to the following terms:

Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content.

Under no circumstances will Siris Media Factory be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of learnaround.net regardless of the form of action.
Siris Media Factory does not warrant that functions contained in learnaround.net content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that learnaround.net or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
Learnaround.net provides you with access to third party (course providers and travel services) content which is completely independent of Learnaround.net. Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through Learnaround.net, including payment and delivery of services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.
4. Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying learnaround.net, course providers or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of learnaround.net, course providers and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of learnaround.net, course providers or any other third party.
5. Course information on learnaround.net
Where you are invited to submit information on courses to learnaround.net (as a course provider or as a member of the Community and including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant learnaround.net a royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide, in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in learnaround.net's Privacy Policy while the course information is online. If you do not want to grant to learnaround.net the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to learnaround.net.
6. Further to paragraph 5, by submitting your contribution to learnaround.net, you:

warrant that your contribution:
6.1.1.
is not defamatory; and
6.1.2.
does not infringe any law; and
6.2.
indemnify learnaround.net against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by learnaround.net as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
6.3.
waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on learnaround.net and the purposes specified above.
