Learnaround.net has established this privacy policy in accordance with Italian law, n. 196, June 30, 2003 to explain to you how your information is protected, collected and used.
1. Protecting your privacy
• We don't share your information with third parties for marketing purposes
• We don't employ tracking devices for marketing purposes ("cookies", "web beacons," single-pixel gifs).
• We don't send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes.
• Account information is password-protected. Keep your password safe.
• Learnaround.net, or course providers, may provide links to third party websites, which may have different privacy practices. We are not responsible for, nor have any control over, the privacy policies of those third party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.
2. Data we collect and store
By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Learnaround.net to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. When using your personal information Learnaround.net will act in accordance with Italian law, n. 196, June 30, 2003 and aim to meet current Internet best practice.
Course Providers: The details regarding your activity as a course provider and the information on the courses you offer are stored on a secure server and are accessible to yourselves via your chosen password and to the Learnaround.net editor via a password-protected administrative area. This data will remain on our server until you decide to delete it.
Users: We do not collect any user details, we act as an intermediary between the user and the course provider by giving users all the information they need to contact them. The only information we collect is user e-mail when they sign up for our monthly newsletter. When they unsubscribe we do not keep a copy of the e-mail.
Web Logs: Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including user IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely. This allows us to monitor traffic and visits to the site.
3. Circumstances in which Learnaround.net may release information
• Learnaround.net may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

5. International Users
By visiting our web site and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that due to the international dimension of Learnaround.net we may use the data collected in the course of our relationship for the purposes identified in this policy or in our other communications with you, including the transmission of information outside your resident jurisdiction. In addition, please understand that such data is stored on servers located in Italy. By providing us with your data, you consent to the transfer of such data.
